To encourage cooking nutritious meals, we create prepared meal kits for those who use our food pantry. Abbey Denny, a dietetic intern, assembles the meal kits based on items already available in the pantry. She looks for items that will create a balanced meal, develops a recipe and then assembles the kits. So far, we have had nothing but positive feedback and are happy to see the meal kits fly out of the pantry so quickly.
