Annual Report on EFSA’s Food and Feed Safety Crisis Preparedness and Response

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has procedures in place for dealing with urgent requests fornscientific advice. Crisis preparedness training is also carried out regularly. This training variously takes the form ofnworkshops involving case studies, table-top exercises and command-post simulation exercises. EFSA have nownpublished a Technical Report discussing its activities in this area in 2011.
