The Food Standards Agency in Scotland (FSAS) has launched a consultation exercise seeking views on thenproposed Jam and Similar Products (Scotland) Regulations 2013. These proposed Regulations are intended tonmodify the current regulations (the Jams and Similar Products (Scotland) Regulations 2004) and thencompositional standards specified in that legislation.
