Review of the controls governing the sale and marketing of unpasteurised, or raw drinking milk and raw cream

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) have launched a consultation on its proposals governing the sale and marketing of unpasteurised, or raw drinking milk and raw cream (RDM). The proposals cover England, Wales and Northern Ireland only. The sale of RDM in Scotland is prohibited and Scottish policy in this area is not part of this review and as such is outside the scope of the consultation.
