摘要

A greedy businessman who ran an illegal and filthy meat--cutting plant in Bradford has been given a suspended prison sentence. Majid Zaman, 34, set up the operation at an industrial unit in Bowling Back Lane in the summer of 2013, but when it was raided in September of that year environmental health and food safety officials uncovered a catalogue of problems. Bradford Crown Court heard workers in dirty clothing were cutting up chicken carcasses while standing on filthy cardboard packaging, wheelie bins were leaking blood--stained fluids and equipment was dirty.
