Two traders who ran a Whitley food shop infested with rats and cockroaches have been fined almost £10,000 for breaching basic food hygiene standards. Muhammed Nasar and Satpal Singh Nangpal, the pair behind Al-Muzammil Halal Meat and Reading Quality Foods in Northumberland Avenue, put the public at risk with their filthy premises.
