A “New Zealand-type” agri-food agreement between the UK and EU has been proposed to MPs as a solution to IrishSea border checks.Shanker Singham, a member of the government-backed Trader Support Service (TSS) which helps firms trade acrossthe Irish Sea border told MPs such an agreement would be “really helpful” in reducing checks.
