Dead insect and flies on meat found as enforcement orders issued to two food businesses

Dead insects in food areas and flies landing on meat were among a number of issues found as two food businesses were served with enforcement orders last month. The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) served the orders for breaches of food safety legislation at the two premises in question.
