Review of the Food Law Code of Practice, Food Law Practice Guidance and Implementation of the Competency Framework

This consultation is inviting stakeholders’ views on proposals to amend the Food Law Code of Practice (the Code)and Food Law Practice Guidance (the Practice Guidance), in Wales, and implement the FSA Knowledge and skills forthe effective delivery of official food and feed controls and other activities (Competency Framework).The consultation will be of interest to Local Authorities (LAs), Food Standards Agency (FSA) approved assuranceschemes, private sector assurance bodies, and professional awarding bodies. FSA delivery partners will also have aninterest, as well as Trade Unions and Expert Groups.
