Hotel Company Signature Living to face trial over dead mice and droppings food ygiene charges

Liverpool hotel firm Signature Living are set to face a trial later this year after pleading not guilty to a raft of food hygiene charges brought by the city council.The company - owned and run by chairman Lawrence Kenwright - will fight the charges, which relate to the Titanic-themed 30 James Street Hotel in the city centre.In court on 16 May, the company's legal team entered not guilty pleas to seven separate counts - with a trial date set for later in the year.The charges were brought after an inspection by Liverpool council's Environmental Health team on 7 March 2018.
