Mechanical dough developers range with capacities up to 200kg

Bakery equipment supplier Benier UK, part of the Kaak Group, has launched a range of mechanical dough developers (MDD) with dry weight capacities up to 200kg. There are four models in the standard range which vary from the MDD 35.They can produce 70kg of dough, through to the MDD 200, which can make 350kg. "We have been working hard to develop a range of mixers that we believe will not only enhance the Chorleywood [breadmaking] process but will help it develop to the next stage," says Benier UK md David Marsh. "The key advantages the MDD range offers are in design, maintenance and cleaning."
