摘要

The future of the Groceries Code Adjudicator (GCA) Christine Tacon and the Groceries Supply Code of Practice (GSCOP) has been put in doubt because so few investigations had been undertaken since they were both set up, a food and drink sector insolvency expert has claimed. "I have long expressed the view that the Groceries Code Adjudicator [GCA] - and by extension the Groceries Supply Code of Practice [GSCOP] - has no future,"said Duncan Swift, partner and head of the food advisory group with accountancy firm Moore Stephens, speaking at a seminar on the UK food supply chain in London last month, organised by the Westminster Food & Nutrition Forum.
