Seattle, Washington-based Museum of Flight moved its Boeing B-17F 42-29782 to a new hangar for winter storage on September 18. The aircraft will not be available for viewing until 2011. It will be joined at the museum's Boeing Field storage and maintenance facility by B-29 Superfortress 44-69729 which is in need of some restoration work. The same hangar was once used to house XB-29s during flight testing. Elsewhere, the museum's Lockheed Super Constellation, former Trans Canada Airlines CF-TGE, has been put on external display.
