The Air Force Museum at Gardermoen near Oslo, Norway, has acquired a full-size model of a Lockheed-Martin F-35 Lightning II. The replica will remain on display until November. The museum is also making progress on its restoration of a Fieseler Storch, with flight controls and instrumentation to be installed shortly. Stinson SR-8E N16164 recently arrived in France from the USA and has been assembled by Aero Restauration Service at Dijon-Darois. The team is also working on a newly-registered Yakovlev Yak-3. This will involve the construction of a new canopy prior to test flying.
