David Westacott

Newark Air Museum (NAM) and the British aviation preservation movement are mourning the passing of David Westacott, who died on May 17, aged 76. David's interest in aviation stemmed from his National Service in the RAF and time with the Royal Observer Corps. In the early 1960s he became one of the key people in the group that founded the museum at Newark.
