Engineers at New York's Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome Museum have resumed work on their airworthy reproduction of Ryan NYP Spirit Of St Louis. Over the winter, the team will complete the single-piece wing and prepare the aircraft for static display. The machine has the potential to fly again upon completion, although no date has been set. The project was originally begun by the aerodrome's founder, the late Cole Palen.
