This picture was taken in 1941 or 1942, and shows a captured British airman dressed in RAF Sidcot Bomber Command aircrew flight suit (1941 pattern). After being taken prisoner, he was held in Londerzeel town hall, a village ten miles south of Brussels in Belgium. He was allowed daily walks around the churchyard and the picture was taken during one of these outings. The airman is accompanied by two German soldiers. I do realise it's akin to finding a needle in a haystack, but I wonder if anyone reading this can identify him?
