The Royal Netherlands Air Force Historic Flight's North American B-25N Mitchell Sarinah (PH-XXV) flew from Gilze-Rijen Air Base for the first time in three years on October 31. The aircraft had previously been grounded following the discovery of corrosion. This led to the volunteer group's technical department undertaking a complete inspection of the airframe. The resulting work included the replacement of a 't-joint' in the port wing, an item that had to be manufactured from new.
