The deHavilland Mosquito (or "Mossie", as it was affectionately known by its crews) was arguably one of the most versatile and beautiful aircraft to grace the skies during World War II. Used for just about every role imaginable, it was universally loved by those who flew it. Over the years, it has remained a tremendously popular aircraft, even staring in several films, most notably in 1964's 633 Squadron.
