Last time I described how to measure the internal resistance of a Li-Po cell using a voltmeter and ammeter with a load. This resistance is the voltage drop under load divided by the current. I was sure I could use a small microprocessor to do this automatically. The popular Arduino microprocessor systems seemed to be just the ticket. The problem was measuring the low (400 mA) current accurately.
