Chinese carriers plan legal fight over EU green tax

Several Chinese carriers plan to take their case against the European Union's Emissions Trading System (ETS) to court. The airlines likely to be involved are Air China, China Southern Airlines and China Eastern Airlines, said an official from the China Air Transport Association. He said the association and airlines view the ETS as unfair and talks on when to file the suit are ongoing.
