Reinforced door blocked escape route

Inquiries into the Stord accident noted that the armoured cockpit door stopped anyone in the cabin of the burning jet from escaping through the flightdeck. Two of the four victims of the crash were discovered in the cabin behind this door, says Norwegian accident investigation board SHT.
