EPA certifies DTNA's 2013 on-highway trucks

Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) announced that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has certified DTNA's complete portfolio of model year 2013 on-highway, vocational and medium-duty vehicles as fully compliant with the new greenhouse gas 2014 (GHG14) regulations. DTNA's GHG14 compliance has been achieved one full year ahead of the mandate for certification by the EPA and the Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) first-ever program to reduce heavy- and medium-duty truck greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
