Speaking up: Women Leading Change Conference 2009

NWFS embarked on a joint venture in 2009 working with Avon Fire and Rescue Service and the Fire Service College to deliver the Women Leading Change Conference.rnThe event programme was designed by Avon FRS, with the aim to look at how we can influence, inspire and initiate change in the FRS. The event was designed to ask some difficult questions of chiefs and fire authority members as to why since the first Avon Conference in 2006, there has been little or no change.
