More than 400 firefighters in Los Angeles tackled a large fire at Universal Studios in Hollywood - an accidental fire thought to have been caused by unsafe hot work operations.rnThe blaze at the film-making site and theme park in Burbank happened on 1 June. It broke out in the early morning in a backlot warehouse being used as a soundstage. Street facades used in films, and which also featured in behind-the-scenes tours, were destroyed.
