Q: What are the key aims of the Chief Fire Officers Association (CFOA) sprinkler working group? A: Firstly, I'd like to thank my predecessor Chris Enness and pay tribute to his work. Indeed, thanks go to many others in the field whose leadership and direction has brought us to the positive position we find ourselves in today. Specifically for CFOA, this has resulted in the recently published Business Case for Sprinklers, which sets out the benefits of installing sprinklers in domestic dwellings, high-rise flats, care homes, schools, commercial and industrial premises.
