Landlady sentenced for fire safety failures

THE LANDLADY in Paignton was given a suspended sentence and fined for fire safety breaches at two properties. Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue (DSFRS) reported on the prosecution of Kay Godtschalk, who owned and managed two four storey Paignton properties divided into flats, neither of which complied with fire regulations.
