More than ever before, efficient water treatments with increasingly finer separation rates are major issues for wastewater treatment plant operators. This year, the urgent search for solutions that can ensure reliable micro-screening at high flow rates and with improved separation performance brought visitors flocking to the GKD stand at the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management in Munich, Germany. They were primarily interested in GKD's optimized plain Dutch weaves (ODW) and its latest developments. These innovative mesh constructions offer significant potential for improvement in the field of micro screening in terms of throughput, separation performance and service life.
