Palomar introduces modular conveyors for automated broadband assembly

The modules consist of several building blocks, including a conveyor assembly, lift assembly with standard mounting plate, a gate assembly, a touch screen HMI, a common PLC based controls system, mechanical clamping, and vacuum clamping. A variety of configurations will accommodate each of Palomar's wire bonding, die attach, and automated assembly cells for first level interconnect, laser diode attach, RF component assembly, and the manufacture and assembly of broadband components.
