Nothing is right about the general cargo ship Draco. The 1975-built rustbucket is out of class; it has a shady owner; it is uninsured - and it has done a runner (see page 8). In that regard, Draco and the Neptune Dorado are poles apart. That said, after discounting penguins and polar bears, the two poles are fairly similar. On its most recent voyage, taking a cargo of rice and fertiliser from Kakinada, in India, to Somalia, the Draco ran out of bunkers and almost sank when it began taking in water through holes in the hull.
