Despite cut-throat competition, cargo volumes are still rising across the Asia Pacific region prompting a rash of high-priced expansion plans. Singapore, Hong Kong, PTP in Malaysia and ports across China are all currently engaged in new projects to enlarge facilities and maximise throughput.
