Clipper stands firm as US Justice cries foul

Anther high-profile shipping group, Denmark's Clipper, is in US Department of Justice crosshairs accused of violating rules on oily water separators and reporting crimes. But this time, the US government has a fight on its hands. The DOJ filed an 11-count indictment against three Clipper companies: Clipper Wonsild Tankers Holding, Clipper Marine Services and Trojan Shipping.
