Pedersen takes helm at Geodis Wilson

The ocean and air freight forwarding unit of French logistics group Geodis, Geodis Wilson, has promoted its sales and marketing chief Kim Pedersen to the helm of the company. The Dane, who has been with the group since 1994, will take over as executive vice-president from incumbent Philippe Gilbert on 1 March. He will also become a board member of parent group Geodis. Gilbert submitted his resignation for "private reasons", a company representative told Fairplay.
