Eletson enters LPG sector with Anafi

In september of 2006, when Greek shipping company Eletson announced the signing of a $248M newbuilding contract for four 35,000m3 liquefied petroleum gas/ammonia carriers, the company made it known that it was going to diversify and had embarked on a new growth strategy. The contract also carried the option for two more vessels.
