一起液化石油气泄漏爆炸火灾事故调查

摘要

介绍了金华某工业区一厂房爆炸起火事故,根据证人证言和监控录像确定起火时间及起火爆炸部位,通过现场勘验及监控比对确认起火点;利用排除法,并结合事故现场环境分析确定起火爆炸原因为车间内泄漏的液化石油气与空气混合形成爆炸性混合气体遇电火花发生爆炸.并从生产性质、安全管理及安全意识等方面分析了灾害成因.%Introduced a plant explosion and fire accident in an indus-trial zone in Jinhua, the fire time and fire explosion site was deter-mined according to the testimony of witnesses and video surveil-lance, the fire origin was identified through on-site inspection and monitoring, using exclusive method and combined with environ-mental analysis, the fire and explosion cause was identified as ex-plosive mixed gas formed by mixture of leaked liquefied petroleum gas and gas exploding by electric spark.The hazard cause was ana-lyzed from aspects as production nature, safety management and safety awareness.
