PieNETWORKS seeks funding with Telstra contract still in the sky

Pie NETWORKS has announced anon-renounceable entitlements offer to existing shareholders to raise approximately $2.2m and a placement. Shareholders will be offered one share at 0.2 cents for each share held, a 33 percent discount on the average of recent prices. The offer will be fully underwritten by Cunningham Peterson Sharbanee Securities. The company said that, in addition, it might seek to complete a placement at the same price.
