The court battle between ispONE and Telstra lasted all week, and at time of publication is still not over yet. On Monday ispONE, the only wholesaler of Telstra's 3G services, took out an emergency injunction against Telstra to restrain it from terminating the supply of prepaid mobile services. As a wholesaler, ispONE resells Telstra services to over 100 retailers, covering 280,000 mostly domestic consumers of fixed line, mobile phone and Internet services. Its largest resellers are Kogan, with whom it was involved in a dispute earlier this year, and Aldi.
