Black Sea Synergy Project Ready For Next Step

The Black Sea Synergy (BSS) project should have measurable long-term objectives and countries to manage actions should be selected. This is what is emphasised in a report adopted on 20 June by the European Commission on the progress made during the first year of the BSS launched in April 2007. The BSS aims to enhance cooperation between the EU and the countries of the region (Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey).
