Regions wait for co-financing facilities

The European Commission has finally postponed adopting its proposals for amending the "Structural Funds regulations, aimed at making aid available more simply and more quickly tor the regions in the EU's Cohesion Pohey framework. The proposals were to be presented on 22 July, during the (Aim-mission's last meeting before its summer break.
