City, country and rurality

摘要

During its summer university 2008, the European Lawyers Union (UAE) sponsored an intensive course on landscapes in order to create greater awareness of the Council of Europe's Landscape Convention. 'La ville avance, la campagne recule: vers quelle ruralite?' is the title of the follow-up work published by the UAE. It presents a study of the different regional environmental and landscape realities, including tourism and agricultural forms. It highlights the different legislative instruments used by the regions to bring out the reality of the rural and urban world.
