Barroso sets up ten commissioners' groups

Since his new team took office, on 11 February, Jose Manuel Barroso has indicated that he wants to develop the idea of 'commissioners' groups'. After having defined the concept, he has now drawn up a "first list" of these groups, which should meet on Wednesday afternoons to discuss a specific subject without taking any decisions, while remaining under Barroso's control.
