Exec wins MEPs' backing for its proposal on CAP delegated acts

The European Commission has won the European Parliament's support for its proposal on delegated acts setting implementing rules for the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) reform, after Agriculture Commissioner Dacian Ciolos agreed to attach a special declaration (bit.ly/lechnm7) on greening to the package. This paves the way for the Commission to finalise work on the implementing acts - the last missing element in the CAP reform puzzle.
