Discussion on: 'Stability Analysis for the Group Dynamics Consensus with Time Delayed Communications'

摘要

The paper by Cepeda-Gomez and Olgac [2] is an interesting and novel contribution to the challenging area of consensus algorithms with communication delays. The purpose of this discussion is to point out some aspects that can help the reader to better appreciate the significance of the article. In [2], Cepeda-Gomez and Olgac deal with the consensus problem for a group of agents with second order dynamics that operate under a time delayed communication structure.
