We have received two contributions to the discussion on the paper. We appreciate effort and suggestions of these contributors.In [1] it is pointed out that despite the advantages introduced by velocity filtering during the stability analysis, performance may deteriorate when the viscous friction coefficient B is small because damping injection seems to be lacking. This is argued since positive definiteness of matrix Q in (36) depends on B > 0, as stated in (37).
