Dae Supports Climate Project In Poland

摘要

The Danish Energy Agency (DEA) has signed an agreement with Hedeselskabet Sp.z o.o.rnon support to a climate project in Poland.The project will reduce emissions of the strong green house gas methane from three Polish landfills.rnThe project comprises collection and utilization of methane gas at 3 landfill sites: Lubna,Sos-nowiec and Legajny.The collected methane gas will be utilized for energy production (electrical power and district heating) for the nearby communities,thus reducing methane emissions as well as reduce the use of coal for energy production.
