End of March 2009, Josef Tonus, member of the executive board of Samson AG, Frankfurt am Main/Germany, retired. J. Tonus had been responsible for finance and administration since 2004. He joined Samson in 1973, became head of finance and accounting in 1977 and was appointed to the board in 2004.rnHis position in the executive board was taken over by Gerd Jochem on 1 April 2009. G. Jochem joined Samson in 1991.
