Overall Energy Efficiency of Chiller Systems

摘要

To assess the energy performance of refrigeration systems different chiller performance coefficients exist. However, a study on refrigeration installations in France, Finland and Sweden shows, that these theoretical values do not match with the real-life performances of the chiller systems. The authors present the main findings of the study and suggest real-time measurements to assess the overall energy efficiency of chiller systems.
