For a long time heat distribution was no more than pumping more or less hot water in circles. But now sophisticated district heating and intelligent solutions within buildings come into focus. They are one of the most underestimated energy and energy saving resources of our time. Nowadays heating out of beer breweries as well as from lake water or even sewage is possible. In many cases heating flow temperatures little above 40 ℃ are sufficient. The article presents showcases of modern heating networks from the perspective of a technology supplier.
