Parat Halvorsen AS have recently received an order for two 10 MW high voltage boilers from AS Scan. The high voltage electrode boilers will be installed by AS Scan and KAM in a project by Stadtwerke Potsdam. The hot water boilers will be used for grid frequency regulation and internal power management at the power plant. Heat will be delivered to district heating and to a new 45,000 m~3 heat storage tank.
