摘要

As part of the RenewIT project with the objective of increasing renewable energy use in data centers, a number of advanced concepts were created that combine existing technologies such as PV, wind, free cooling, various chiller technologies and energy storage solutions to achieve synergetic effects. For these concepts meta-models are created based on Transient Systems Simulation (TRNSYS) models. To create such metamodels the input parameters for the simulations need to be varied across a wide range. Traditional TRNSYS models are usually only suitable for a narrow set of input conditions. This paper describes the methods used to develop and test TRNSYS models with a wide range of input conditions and shows how the simulations were stabilized across the entire parameter space.
